The artist said that she was born with a twin sister, who died when they were both just babies. As he recalled, his mother has always told him that the two were identical, a detail that keeps the memory of that loss alive.

“My twin sister died, my mother says we were two drops of water, she died as a baby”said the interpreter, visibly moved when addressing this chapter of her family history.

Added to this tragedy was the death of her older sister, who died at 11 months old due to bronchial problems. With this, the family faced two losses that left a deep emotional mark.

“In total 5, with my two sisters deceased because my older sister also died of bronchi at 11 months”he explained Lesly when remembering the members of his family.

The singer noted that these painful episodes directly influenced the way her parents raised her. After losing two daughters, they developed a strong protective instinct towards her, who became the only female child in the home.

“My mom is always touched with these topics, because I am the only female daughter they have left, that’s why they take care of me like gold”he expressed during the interview.
