How did Carlos Soraluz come to Armonía 10?
His passion for singing was born when he was a child. At 12 years old, Carlos Soraluz Together with his friends from the neighborhood in Sechura (Piura), he created a group to the rhythm of poronguitos and funnels. At the age of 14 he joined the group Mar Azul, then Brisa Marina, a group that he recorded in the same place as Agua Marina. With great projection, he joined the famous Sechura orchestra.

“The Lord Walther Lozada He asked, through a third party, to record some new songs. I knew the singers from Armonía 10 and I was afraid, I didn’t feel like I was going to measure up, I was scared,” Soraluz confessed. But he had the courage to record some songs and his life changed.

However, in 2004, Carlos Soraluz decided to take a break to spend more time with his family. “My daughters were growing up and I decided that two to three months a year I would spend with them and then I would go out to live the life of an artist,” the singer told a local media outlet.
What about the life of Carlos Soraluz?
In 2016, according to Carlos Soraluz, after his business was attacked twice and with financial problems, Walther Lozada gave him the opportunity to return to Armonía 10. However, during the pandemic he had to leave the group again. After the death of the founder of the Piura orchestra, Soraluz was summoned to be part of Walther Lozada y Orquesta until December 2023. Currently, he performs as a soloist.
