Without a doubt, the news of the release of Shakira’s new album has made more noise than other unpleasant aspects that have happened in the life of the Barranquilla native. “Women no longer cry” represents the Colombian’s first album after her significant absence in music that ended in 2022 when she separated from former soccer player Gerard Piqué.

Although since then, the artist released several songs evidently aimed at the father of her children, the public needed a complete album like the ones before. Let us remember that her last one was in 2017, “El Dorado” with which she toured several countries and it is expected that the same will happen with this release, since we already need to see it on stage.

Since the announcement on February 11, the singer has been revealing certain details about her new baby. Among them, we were able to learn that she has a Venezuelan label thanks to the pen of Servando with the song “How, Where and When”, just as Cáceres Música wrote “Cohete”. Likewise, she published the list of the 16 tracks that make up this work in which she has several collaborations.

Other previews of “Women no longer cry”

At the beginning of this month, the 47-year-old Colombian offered a preview of “Entre Paréntesis”, a Mexican regional that she shares with Grupo Frontera, being the second song in this genre that she has recorded after the premiere of “El Jefe” with Fuerza Regida, which is also part of the album.

Likewise, we were able to learn a little about “Nassau,” a heartbreaking song that contains a happy ending, as it clearly tells what the process of overcoming Piqué was like and later seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. “I who had promised that I would never love again, you appeared to heal the wounds that that one left. I had that kept with keys and a padlock, but what do I do? “I like you too much,” is heard in the clip.

Now, in the last few hours he left his more than 90 million followers on Instagram cold, by posting a fragment of “Tiempo sin verte”, another romantic song that contains “LMYNL”. “I haven’t seen you in a while and I’m still here, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. “I haven’t seen you in a while and tell me if you still love me and remember me,” is part of the lyrics.

Repeating the dish with Bizarrap after her success in Music Session #53, Shakira Mebarak recorded “La Fuerte” and through her ‘insta-stories’ we were able to know a small part of it. “Another night I spend without seeing you. Another night that I act strong. I deleted your number and for what? Yes, I already know,” sings the successful artist.
