The controversy between Masiel Málaga and Hernán ‘Churrito’ Hinostroza continue. After the recent statements by the former soccer player and his mother, Lourdes Vásquez, the singer decided to take legal action and sent him a notarized letter to demand that he stop speaking publicly about her.

During the program ‘America Today’ The content of the legal document was revealed, in which the salsa company formally requests that the former player cease any comments, publications or insinuations that, according to him, harm his honor, image and reputation.
In the letter, Masiel maintains that the statements disseminated by Hinostroza violate his rights related to honor, dignity and personal and family privacy.
“I am writing to you in order to formally request that you immediately cease all conduct, publication, comment, insinuation, transmission, dissemination or expression made on social networks that affects my honor, my good reputation, image, dignity, personal and family privacy”reads the document.
Likewise, the interpreter warned that, if the former soccer player continues to make these types of statements, he will initiate legal action without issuing a new warning.

Among the measures contemplated are a complaint for alleged crimes against honor and a demand for compensation for moral damage, damage to the person and other damages that can be proven.
“In case of non-compliance, silence and/or recurrence of your conduct, I will proceed without further prior communication to initiate the appropriate legal actions”specifies the notarial letter.
