Magistrate Jesús Ociel Baena is found dead in his home in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Jesús Ociel Baena Saucedo, magistrate of the Electoral Court of Aguascalientes (Mexico), and his partner were found dead this Monday inside their home, located in the Punta del Cielo residential area, in the western area of ​​that capital.

He said that at 9:00 a.m. he received a call informing him that something was happening at the house. Ocieland proceeded to call his partner and none answered.

The presiding judge went to the property of Ociel Baena around 9:00 in the morning, but was unable to enter the home, as it was cordoned off by the authorities. She said we have to wait for official information from the authorities.

For his part, the Secretary of State Public Security, Manuel Alonso García confirmed the discovery of two dead people in the department of magistrate.

The State Attorney General’s Office began an investigation file to determine the full identity of the deceased and the cause of death.

Until now, no authority has specified the motive for the crime. Baena Saucedo had a lot of activity on social networks and in formal instances such as a defender of the rights of LGBT communities.
