The order against Gazmey Santiago and his corporation “Real Hasta La Muerte” (RHLM), issued by the judge last week, arises from a lawsuit filed by the advertising agency Buena Vibra Group (BVG).

In the lawsuit, filed last August, the agency claims that Anuel AA and RHLM owe it $1,864,000, after having worked between 2021 and 2022 on “several promotional projects” for the release of the album “Las Leyendas siempre Mueren.”

Among the allegations, BVG stated that it provided promotional services through collaborations with Zuffa, a mixed martial arts promoter of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) company.

BVG indicated that it paid $960,000 to the UFC and, at the time of the lawsuit, Anuel AA had not refunded the amount, nor the additional $500,000 that the UFC charged for the promotions.

“In addition, BVG is also owed $10,000 for certain images requested and approved by Anuel for his ex-wife, the artist known as ‘Yailín the Most Viral’. BVG is also owed an amount of no less than $200,000, as compensation for the advertising agency services it provided to the defendants that have not been paid,” BVG’s lawsuit adds.

“In addition, BVG is owed in damages an amount of no less than $194,000 for the loss of profits it has suffered by not having the opportunity to invest the money owed by the defendants in other projects,” he added.

In a subsequent motion, BVG detailed to the court the multiple unsuccessful attempts to personally contact Anuel AA and his company to deliver the lawsuit and the collection claim personally to the addresses they have registered in the state of Florida, between August and September 2023. .

Last November, Judge Delgado authorized them to summon Anuel Doble AA through a publication.

Because there was no response, BVG requested, on December 26, that the court issue an order finding the defendants in “rebellion” for “failing to appear and defend themselves.”

Delgado accepted the request the next day and the order was registered by the Federal Court secretariat.
