The Dutch titans of symphonic metal, EPIChave just released their new single, «Arcana«. Today, the band shares an official lyric video for the song. Watch it below.

Hidden wisdom, lost secrets and esoteric knowledge. With “Arcana«, EPIC announces a new chapter in its two decades of history.

This is the band’s first new release since their album «Omega«, chart-topper, and their collaborative EP «The Alchemy Project«. It offers a glimpse of the band’s future music, arriving in 2025.

«’Arcana‘ guides you through the universal stages of spiritual evolution in life. It opens the way to higher consciousness and spiritual self-awareness,” comments the band. «Writing this song was a spontaneous effort, so it came together quickly, it felt so natural that it wrote itself. The music contains classical elements of EPICbut it has some vibes that can be reminiscent of 80s alternative rock or modern metal.

The single is now available on all streaming platforms here. Also includes «The Ghost In Me«, a special collaboration with the most popular theme park in Holland, from «Efteling«.

The song already made its live debut at the monumental shows «Symphonic Synergy» from the band in Amsterdam, and fans in Latin America will now have the opportunity to hear it live in the two shows that EPIC will perform exclusively with a full orchestra and choir.
