MICHAEL SCHENKER shares new single “Only You Can Rock Me” with EUROPE’s JOY TEMPEST and DEEP PURPLE’s ROGER GLOVER – Digital Mediaverse

Following the success of their first two singles, “Mother Mary“, with Slash and Erik Grönwalland “Rock Bottom“, with Kai Hansenthe legendary guitarist Michael Schenker has released the third single, «Only You Can Rock Me«, from his new album, «My Years With UFO«.

This new single once again shows an incredible line-up with Joey Tempest (Europe) to the voice, Roger Glover (Deep Purple) to the bass, Derek Sherinian to the keys and Brian Tichy on drums. As the album’s release approaches, anticipation is mounting for what will be one of the most exciting rock records of 2024.

The new album of SCHENKER«My Years With UFO“, is a tribute to the golden years in which the British hard rock band UFO went from being an underground phenomenon to becoming a rock legend.

Produced by Michael Schenker and Michael Vossthe new album marks the 50th anniversary of the era of SCHENKER with UFOspanning from 1972 to 1978. The “German child prodigy” became a member of UFO at just 17 years old. Touring around the world as a teenager, SCHENKER became the driving force behind some of the most beloved songs of UFOas “Doctor Doctor«, «Rock Bottom«, «Lights Out«, «Love To Love» and many more.

Although the stage of Michael Schenker with UFO lasted only six years, his influence as an exceptional young composer and guitarist had already left a lasting mark on rock.
