Every year, streamer Ibai Llanos hosts La Velada del Año, a boxing event between content creators and other personalities. On July 13, the fourth edition of the format was held and singer Anuel AA gave a performance that was criticized. Now, the two will meet to clarify what happened that night.

The Puerto Rican was in charge of closing the event. The first problem was the artist’s delay, as the organizers announced that he was one minute away from going on stage, but he didn’t and it took more than half an hour.

His show failed to meet the expectations of the public and he was booed. He only managed to sing three songs before announcing that he had had a number of technical and health problems.

In addition, during his presentation, there was a sound problem on the Twitch platform where the show was broadcast, which distorted his voice.

The singer quickly accused the organizers of the mistakes. “They sabotaged my concert with that crap they did to me,” said Anuel AA via an Instagram Live.

Ibai Llanos and Anuel AA will reunite

A few days after the controversy, Ibai Llanos announced that the two would have a chat to clear things up. “Next Wednesday Anuel will be here at home,” he commented in a story on his official account.

“Mainly, we will discuss what happened at La Velada del Año 4. You already know that there is that ‘clip’ in which the voice sounds strange, it sounds very different from what those who were at the Bernabéu heard,” he explained about the future meeting with the singer.

In this regard, Anuel AA did not hesitate to share the poster of the future chat he will have with the ‘streamer’ and wrote a text in which he clarified some of the big questions of the controversy.

“We already talked yesterday and we realized that the error was made by technicians, who are not from our teams, in the ‘stream’ and live as well. I was not late by any hour either, they told Ibai one thing and me another,” wrote the interpreter of ‘Adicto’.

He said that several situations occurred that got out of control and caused the two to react in the wrong way. The other details will be discussed at the meeting.

The highly anticipated match between Ibai Llanos and Anuel AA will take place on July 24 at 8:00 pm (Spanish time), in Colombia it will be at 1:00 pm on the same day, via Twitch.
