Pulse Events has announced the US debut of Asia’s iconic event brand, S2O, set to hit New York City over Labor Day Weekend from Saturday, August 31, to Sunday, September 1, 2024, at The Brooklyn Mirage. Dubbed the world’s wettest party, this immersive water music festival is making waves with its star-studded lineup for S2O New York, promising a seamless integration of the S2O experience into the legendary NYC venue.
S2O New York will showcase global headliners, including GRAMMY-nominated Marshmello, making his Pulse Events debut, and dubstep powerhouse Subtronics, fresh off his performance at Barclays Center and a recent set at S2O Thailand. The festival also boasts a stellar supporting cast, featuring veteran Norwegian artist Alan Walker, who headlined S2O Taiwan, melodic bass maestro Said The Sky b2b William Black, multi-platinum producer and instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet, American big room titan Borgeous, Canadian act Dzeko, versatile melodic artist Kaivon, Asian-American duo ARMNHMR, and dubstep queen LEVEL UP. Local Asian-American talent will also shine with performances by SENSEI, Zion B2B Jomu, Cyberpunk b2b PSYXTOI, and JOKAH.
Since its inception in Bangkok in 2015, S2O has become the world’s largest Songkran (Thai New Year) celebration, with events in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Known for its unique blend of electronic dance music and dazzling water effects, S2O transforms the traditional Thai water festival into a global sensation, harnessing the power of water to create joyous and unifying experiences. The festival’s innovative concept has earned it spots on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Festivals 2023 list, with S2O Thailand at #55 and S2O Taiwan at #79.
General ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, May 15
