About Amy Gutierrez
Amy Gutierrez She is one of the most important singers in Peru. She was born on August 25, 1998 in Callao. She grew up demonstrating her talent for singing and dancing since school. At 15 years old she won ‘La Voz Kids’ and decided to make a space for herself in the music market.
At the age of 18 she joined the female orchestra Son Tentación, where she discovered that her path was in salsa. After one season, she became the lead voice of the group You Salsa. At the end of 2019 she began her solo stage, becoming at 21 years old the youngest salsa soloist in Peru.
In May 2023 he releases his first album titled ‘Valiente’, made up of nine unreleased songs, six salsas and three ballads. Amy It also has six singles released between 2019 and 2022, which are: ‘I don’t know’, ‘I don’t know – ballad version’, ‘How I forget you’, ‘Someone – salsa version’, ‘Tú’ and ‘How much did I stay’. And in her voice you can identify hits like ‘Let’s escape’, ‘They didn’t tell you wrong’ and ‘How to forgive’.
During his short career he has collaborated with prominent international salsa artists such as Sergio George, Tony Vega and N’Klabe. Music has led to Amy to travel almost all of Peru, as well as countries such as Spain, Italy, Mexico, Chile, the Dominican Republic and soon the United States.
