One of the present and future artists of national tech house undertakes a new adventure to the rhythm of ‘Rastaman’, his new track and the first release from the label
The natural evolution of a consolidated electronic artist leads him from creating and distributing his music on different labels, to designing and presenting to the industry his own project from which to release his most personal works. This is the case of Paskmanwho has seen the perfect moment to give that extra something to both his career and that of young producers who are looking for an opportunity to release their releases, and has just presented his label Mamacusa.
The name of Mamacusa refers to one of the first songs of Paskman, which gives us to understand that the philosophy of this concept comes from the depths of the artist. The motivation to create this label was to show those songs that did not fit into any label or that simply go unnoticed. “I want to contribute new sounds, music that when listening to it you think “this song surely belongs to Mamacusa.” “Bring sympathy and joy to the electronic and tech house scene” – assures Paskman.
The line of Mamacusa will continue betting on the sounds of tech house, fused with techno rhythms and, of course, with good vocals. The label’s first releases will be works by Paskman, but the door is not closed to other artists who may fit the essence of this project. “I would love to be able to help other DJs like they have helped me: by releasing their music” – says Paskman. Mamacusa’s first work is titled ‘Rasta Man’a track that carries Paskman’s DNA in every second, a suggestive and surprising vocal combined with a bass created to burst any dance floor.
We will be attentive to this new adventure that the DJ and producer from La Mancha has started and in which, as it could not be otherwise, we wish him the best of success. Surely he will give us many bangers throughout the life of Mamacusa that we will enjoy non-stop on the dance floor.
