Unmasked: Those Charged with the Death of Canserbero Accused of Falsehood and Obstruction

In a new phase of development in the case of the death of the prominent Venezuelan rap singer and composer, Tirone José González Orama, known as Canserbero, the Venezuelan Public Ministry carried out this Tuesday the formal indictment of two individuals before Prosecutor’s Office number 85 , with national competition.

The defendants, identified as Natalia Amestica and Guillermo Amestica, now face significant charges related to the case. Specifically, they are charged with the crimes of False Attestation and Obstruction of the Administration of Justice.

The news was officially announced by the attorney general of the Venezuelan regime, Tarek William Saab, through his account on the social network death of Canserbero and citizen Carlos Molnar.

The contradictory versions provided by Natalia Amestica and Guillermo Amestica during their statements to the Criminal, Scientific and Criminal Investigation Corps (CICPC) of the state of Aragua in January 2015 have been identified as key elements in the accusation. These versions, according to the authorities, would have contributed to hindering the correct administration of justice in this case.

The judicial process continues to move forward, and the formal indictment marks a significant step in the search for answers and justice surrounding Canserbero’s tragic death. The Prosecutor’s Office remains committed to clarifying the facts and bringing those responsible to justice.
