An attack Russian against vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) left three dead and two people injured on Thursday in eastern Ukraineannounced the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
The attack targeted “vehicles of the humanitarian mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross” in the Donetsk region, Zelensky announced, denouncing a “new war crime.”

“Unfortunately, three people were killed in this Russian attack” and two others were injured, he added on Telegram.
The ICRC confirmed that three of its employees were killed in a bombing in eastern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian parliamentary commissioner for human rights, Dmitro Lubinets, said that the deceased were “three Ukrainian citizens, ICRC employees.”
