New highlights

Touché Amoré – Nobody’s

Great news, everyone: Touché Amoré have announced that their new album, Spiral In A Straight Line, is coming out in October. Extra good news: this first peep at the THE post-hardcore champs’ first record in four years is lively, indeed. Without wanting to wish away the summer, roll on October!

Carpenter Brut ft. Kristoffer Rygg – Eyes Without A Face

The partnership of French synthwave heroes Carpenter Brut and Norwegian shapeshifters Ulver is a fruitful one. This latest pairing has them putting a synth-pop spin on Billy Idol’s classic Eyes Without A Face. It’s their contribution to the American Psycho comic series soundtrack, which also finds Ice Nine Kills teaming up with Reel Big Fish to put an ax in the face of Katrina And The Waves’ Walking On Sunshine.

Jerry Cantrell – Vilified

Surprise! Jerry Cantrell you have announced a new solo album, I Want Blood. And in absolutely unsurprising stuff, this first single from it finds the man from Alice In Chains getting really heavy and slow and dark. It rules.
