Last weekend, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, announced the restart of investigations into the death of rapper Tyrone González, better known as Canserbero, who was found dead at the entrance of a building in Maracay on December 20. January 2015, for reasons still unknown or perhaps a little confusing, so they decided to begin the investigations of the case again to determine what really happened on the day Carlos Molnar, a friend of the singer, also died.
This decision was made after the request presented by the Public Ministry to the Control Court of Aragua, those in charge of clarifying the facts. Saab indicated that they will carry out a planimetric survey, they will evaluate the autopsy to verify the viability of an exhumation, and they will also summon eyewitnesses and witnesses, which has already been happening. Through his official account on X (former Twitter), the official reported that he had met with the lawyers and witnesses in the case at the headquarters of the Public Ministry in Caracas.
The relatives of the “Es Épico” interpreter were also present at the interview, who highlighted the work carried out by the Ombudsman’s Office, which was hindered by the Prosecutor’s Office that did not do its part. Likewise, these summonses seek to obtain a more accurate version of what happened that day, in which they stated that Canserbero murdered his friend Carlos and then jumped out of the window of the apartment where they were.
“The family members recalled that, as we were Ombudsman, we attended to them in our office (March 2015) and tried to carry out all the procedures to clarify this case, however: many of the procedures that we proposed were not carried out by the prosecutors of the time. “, he wrote, and at the same time he stressed that they restarted everything from scratch.
