Selling toughly 50,000 tickets, SLANDERrecently made waves in the City of Angels with their performance at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The set kicked off their hotly anticipated“Chimera” toura 17-stop run across major North American venues like Red Rocks, Tacoma Dome and the Brooklyn Mirage, among others.
In their largest show to date, the duo treated the crowd to sneak peeks of several unreleased tracks, a standout of which was a collaboration with RIOT and JT Foley called “High Voltage.” The track has now officially been released, and it’s ready to electrify the ears of SLANDER and RIOT fans alike.
Reuniting more than five years after the release of “You Don’t Even Know Me,” the song seamlessly melds the unique styles of both duos. It effortlessly transitions from a classic future bass drop to an intense dubstep climax, creating a dynamic earworm that’s a worthy follow-up to its predecessor.
