A few days after Shakira announced the start of her preparations for her upcoming tour “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour,” which will begin on November 2 in Palm Desert, California, the Colombian singer was reported to have undergone surgery to increase the size of her buttocks.

Through her official Instagram account, the singer of “Waka Waka” shared a series of images in which she was shown working towards the series of concerts she will give in the United States and that will mark her return to the stage after her “El Dorado” tour in 2018.

However, due to a photo in which the South American appears talking to her music producer Alex Castillo from behind, dozens of users did not hesitate to point out that Gerard Piqué’s ex-partner underwent surgery due to the notable increase in volume in her buttocks.

Did Shakira undergo surgery?

According to what a large number of users have mentioned regarding the photo in which the Colombian is wearing pink leggings and a black shirt, she has reportedly undergone surgery because her “curves” look very different from what her fans are used to.

Even within the same post, others pointed out that the singer’s visible figure surpasses the well-known “rearguard” of Jennifer Lopez, with whom she shared the stage during the 2020 Super Bowl. This is not the first time that the interpreter of “Día de Enero” has been accused of resorting to a cosmetic intervention to improve her physical appearance. In previous months, after the release of her most recent album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran”, it was mentioned that Shakira underwent various “modifications” to her face, which looks, visibly, more cardboard-like.

So far, the South American star has not revealed or mentioned any information regarding possible plastic surgery.

Shakira prepares to dazzle the world

Shakira’s upcoming tour, which has 14 dates scheduled throughout the United States, will mark the Colombian singer’s return to the stage after years of absence. However, after the tour was revealed, dozens of the singer’s fans expressed their annoyance at the fact that it did not include other territories.

For this reason, the interpreter of “Puntería” has indicated, in previous videos and interviews, that she plans to visit the rest of the American continent despite not having yet revealed the official dates.

The Latin artist is expected to release the rest of her performances in Latin America, Europe and the rest of the world in the following weeks.
