Today, the legendary American heavy metal RIOT V quench the thirst for new songs for their fans while they wait for the release of their new studio album, «Mean Streets«, which will go on sale on April 12 through Atomic Fire Records. The band has unveiled the second digital single, «Feel The Fire«, accompanied by a video that was filmed in New Jersey by the director Tom Flynnand also starring the model Liv Walsh.
The bassist Donnie Van Stavern it states:
«When I wrote the music for ‘Feel The Fire‘, I wanted to remember musically the early days of rock RIOT with an air Zeppelin/Priest. The lyrics speak of a passionate, aggressive relationship, driven by love and the fire in the souls of a man and a woman deeply obsessed with each other. “The video captures the concept with fire, aggressive lighting and, of course, a sexy woman.”

«Mean Streets» contains 12 songs that were recorded by Bruno Ravel in New Jersey. Ravel He also mixed the album, while Bart Gabriel He was in charge of the mastering.
The artistic work was carried out by Gyula Havancsákwhich masterfully captured the galloping style of the new material, without losing, of course, the band’s typical label style.

RIOT V has announced a series of eleven European concerts in support of the new album – including stops at the Rock in Rautheim and in the prestigious Rock Hard Festival– for May of this year. On some dates they will have the support of one of the hottest heavy metal groups of the moment, the British band Tailgunner.
