The famous and renowned Danish hard rock singer and songwriter, RONNIE ATKINS (Pretty Maids), has released a lyric video for «Soul Divine«, a song from his third studio album, «Trinity«, published last month. Request/Save «Trinity» hereand watch the new clip below:

“I think the album may have been a little heavier than the previous ones, since this time most of the songs have been written with guitar, but above all it is still very melodic,” he says. Atkins about “Trinity«. «Lyrically it is more or less about what is happening in the world today and that is what inspires me. Many of the songs are also very personal and I try to include a bit of optimism as well.

Since to RONNIE ATKINS diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in 2019, he has not wasted a second of his precious time, which he has dedicated to composing and recording two highly successful releases -«Hake It Count» and their debut album, «One Shot«-, both highly acclaimed by critics and fans. He has also recently resumed live concerts in Europe with his own band and with the project Avantasia all over the world.

“I guess these days I have a different perspective on life than I did 4 years ago, and I embrace the day to day life with all that it entails,” he says. RONNIE. “Let me add to this that writing songs and performing on stage is what keeps me going I guess. “I like to focus on the positive aspects of life and dedicate myself to things I really want to do by heart.”

A winning team should not be changed, so once again the album was produced by Chris Laney with Jacob Hansen handling mixing and mastering.

“For me, a good song is a good hook and that’s more or less what paves the way for the end result,” he concludes. ATKINS, explaining that «it is a very good and solid melodic hard rock album. I am very happy with the final result. I hope fans embrace the new album and that I can take these songs on tour throughout 2024. That’s my plan.”

Since the beginning of his career in rock ‘n’ roll with Pretty Maids, RONNIE ATKINS has not stopped giving its fans quality melodic rock, and «Trinity» He does it again, in spades.
