Natti Natasha debuts #1 on iTunes in the United States with “Nasty Singles”

Natti Natasha debuts at No. 1 on iTunes Latino in the United States today with her new album “Nasty Singles.”
The reggaeton artist, who has topped the radio and sales charts worldwide, surprised yesterday with her new album “Nasty Singles”, a collection of 16 songs, including Natti’s singles released in the last year and 6 unreleased songs.
«I decided to release the songs little by little because nowadays the amount of Latin music that comes out every day means that many songs go unnoticed, especially an album, which most of the time only stands out between 4 to 5 songs. For that reason I wanted to make them known to offer a refreshing and at the same time familiar album to the consumer’s ear. Now the puzzle is practically assembled from the first to the last song. I hope the public enjoys the new music and relives with me the other songs that they themselves turned into hits,” said Natti Natasha about the process of releasing this album. “It is an album that I love because I show myself in my different facets and it is an album that represents everything that can happen to a woman,” concluded the Dominican artist.

The album is characterized by its versatility of sounds such as Reggaeton, Cumbia, Bachata, R&B, Dembow and Afrobeat. Each song tells a story, and represents feelings inspired by moments that have marked his life.

Highlighting pure Reggaeton, “Mayor Que tú” is an anthem that represents Puerto Rico and the latest collaboration between Daddy Yankee and Wisin & Yandel, and “Wow BB” celebrates Dominican unity and pride alongside El Alfa and Chimbala. While the new track, “Kokorota”, is an empowering anthem that celebrates female strength and resilience. The latter was produced by Bryant Myers, Montana The Producer, Buho and Gaby Music.

Following the same line of “perreo”, the unreleased song “Tu Perrota”, like “Algarete”, “No Pare”, “Lokita”, “En Bajita” and “To’ Esto Es Tuyo” define the liberated woman, the one who finds her inner strength and projects security in her new direction.

As part of the unreleased songs on the album is the main song, “Ya No Te Extraño”, as well as “Ándale” and “Otro Caption”. These songs denote firmness when making a decision, when you say ‘goodbye’ there is no turning back even if they ask you a thousand times. They are themes to celebrate life and embrace new freedom.

On the other hand, the unreleased song “Tu Tattoo” and the radio hit “La Falta Que Me Haces” are songs dedicated to that person you miss. With a rhythm that reflects nostalgia and melancholy, with both songs Natti pays tribute to a loved one who is no longer present.

Nasty Singles is proof of Natti Natasha’s undeniable talent and shows her evolution as an artist. With her diverse range of songs and personal lyrics, this album cements the Dominican star’s position as one of reggaeton’s leading voices.
