The match Come Venezuela (VV), led by opposition leader Maria Corina Machadodemanded this Friday the release of its national leaders Henry Alviarez and Dignora Hernández, detained six months ago, accused of alleged links to “violent actions” related to the presidential elections of July 28.
“Six months ago, Henry Alviarez and Dignora Hernandez, members of the Command with Venezuelawere kidnapped by the regime Nicolas Maduro”wrote the VV Human Rights Committee on the social network X.

He also indicated that the political leaders are detained at the headquarters of the Bolivarian Service Intelligence (Sebin), in Caracasknown as the Helicoid, “criminalized for exercising their political rights.”
“We demand freedom for all political prisoners“, he added.
On March 20, the Attorney General, Tarek William Saabreported the arrest of Alviarez and of Hernandezfor his alleged involvement in violent plans related to the presidential elections.
Saab then said that both were captured “because of what he has confessed Emil Brandt”, a regional head of the campaign command of the majority opposition, who was arrested in early March for being “incriminated” in plans “violent” and “terrorists“against the Government.
