“When I left the breeding center, they put their hand in my pocket and stole my cell phone. I was going to make a scene, but I changed my mind and what happened was what happened. The problem is that I haven’t been able to recover my iCloud because all the passwords are changed, I had to start from scratch, I don’t have a cell phone,” explained the singer.
Maluma sent a strong message to the thieves who have his cell phone, inviting them to work to earn things with effort and advising them to engage in activities that truly contribute something, he even invites them to make music or art to inspire other people and not harm others.
“I’m left with nothing, this phone only has Instagram, but I don’t have WhatsApp. What do you think of that gono… story? Dude, if the thieves who robbed me are seeing this, stop being such cowards, man, you can’t just steal, you scumbags, make music, get inspired, do something that makes you feel good about yourself, but don’t steal. Anyway, I have that phone blocked, it’s not going to be of any use to you.”
Maluma’s problem with iCloud
iPhone devices feature cloud storage space that is focused on not taking up space on the phone, but rather on keeping a person’s data safe and stored. According to Apple’s official website, “iCloud securely stores your photos, videos, documents, backups, and more, and keeps them up to date across all your devices automatically, so it works in a secure way to prevent other people from knowing the user’s data.”
The functionality of this software is designed to maintain high security, which is why Maluma assures that his passwords do not work to recover the information, since after a certain number of attempts iCloud will be blocked.

Change passwords: Access important accounts linked to the device, such as email, social networks and banking services, and change all passwords for security reasons, it is essential.
Report to the police: File a police report. Provide the necessary information, including the iPhone’s serial number, which can be found on the original box or on Apple’s support page if you have a registered profile.
