After his recent tour with Lamb Of God and Mastodonand their first European headlining tour earlier this year, KERRY KING and his new band – the drummer Paul Bostaph (Slayer), the bassist Kyle Sanders (Hellyeah), the guitarist Phil Demmel (Machine Head), and the vocalist Mark Osegueda (Death Angel) – will hit the road for the twenty-eight date tour «North American Headline Tour 2025«. The tour is in support of the debut solo album of KING«From Hell I Rise» (RPM).

With Municipal Waste as special guest and Alien Weaponry as opening acts, the tour will begin in San Francisco on January 15 and end in House of Blues in Las Vegas on February 22. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 4 at 10 AM local and can be purchased here. The complete itinerary appears below.

Also announced today was the release of the new music video for KING for the album theme «Where I Reign«. Shot in black and white, the video for «Where I Reign» was directed by Jim Louvauwho also directed the videos of KING for the album cuts «Residue” and “toxic«.

“I wanted to capture the fury and energy of the group live,” he says. Louvau«an intensity that, from a visual point of view, corresponded to the intensity of the song and the energy that the group transmits every night on tour, and I think we have achieved it. There are some stills in the video that also show movement and energy, and I was really trying to bring that energy to life in a live environment which is different from the other two videos that were made in the studio and were a little more in a controlled environment. So in this video the boys are themselves and show what the band offers live.

“Getting back on the road for the first time in five years wasn’t exactly like riding a bike, that’s for sure,” he acknowledged. KING. «I’ve never had so much free time, but the first tours with my new band – in the UK and Europe, and then in America with Lamb of God and Mastodon– they were all a total explosion. On the next tour we will be headlining, so we will play a longer repertoire than with Lamb of God and Mastodon. We have a bit of a learning curve, so we’ll start rehearsing the first week of November. And we might include a bonus song from Slayer on the set and learn a version or two.
