On November 24, Karol G was spotted in the Ibagué prison, where she offered a moving concert for the inmates. This event not only marked the beginning of her new tour, ‘Con Cora Tour’, but also revealed her commitment to the most vulnerable communities in Colombia.

‘Con Cora Tour’ will take Karol G to perform in prisons and hospital units throughout the country. Beyond the music, the tour has a deeper purpose: to understand the needs of those deprived of their liberty and offer them tangible support. This altruistic initiative is supported by the Con Cora Foundation, with the aim of bringing happiness to those who need it most.

In one of the videos shared on social networks, Karol G can be seen entering a hospital surrounded by a robust security scheme. With friendly gestures, the artist interacted with the staff and asked for the way forward. In the Picaleña prison in Ibagué, she set up an improvised stage and captivated the public with her talent.

In the images that circulated on social networks, Karol G’s contagious joy was perceived while she performed hits like ‘El Makinon’, with the women in the audience singing every word.

This is not Karol G’s first foray into social causes; In March 2022, the artist surprised the El Buen Pastor prison with a solidarity show in collaboration with the Fundación Acción Interna, directed by actress Johana Bahamón.
