After a successful tour of the United States, Colombian singer Karol G arrived in her country to adjust the final details of her show “Mañana Sera Bonito Fest”, which will take place on December 1 at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium in the city of Medellin.

However, the artist did not forget the commitment she has to her foundation called “Con Cora”, and as part of her good gestures, she went to the Ibagué Prison and Penitentiary Complex, to give the inmates a different day.

In addition to offering them a small concert and making them dance to her greatest hits, Carolina Giraldo (her real name) donated water tanks and fans, to guarantee them a more comfortable stay in the midst of the difficult situation they are going through when they are deprived of their freedom. This presentation is just a few days after the Colombian composer and producer won the Latin Grammy for Best Album of the Year 2023, in a ceremony held in Seville, Karol G also won the award for best urban fusion/performance with the song ‘ TQG’ duet with singer Shakira.

The organization has reported that the next concerts will be in prisons and hospitals to help and cover the needs that each one needs. “We are very proud to start with this ‘Con Cora Tour’ inspired by the social mission of our founder Karol G, with the purpose of sending light and hope to vulnerable communities”, were the words with which Valentina Bueno, director of the foundation, opened these tours.

“This woman, in addition to being talented, has a giant heart”; “Her actions say more than a thousand words. This is a true example of an artist” and “I love her, she is my favorite artist” several of the netizens said.

Let us remember that a few months ago the urban singer had a great deal with 21 women who were imprisoned on the Isla del Encanto, in Puerto Rico, she took them to her concert so they could enjoy her music. The singer has left an indelible mark on the music industry and in the hearts of her followers.
