The singer -songwriter and producer Feid, presents his sixth studio album, “Ferxxo Vol X: Sacred”, a deeply personal project that marks a decade of his musical career.

With 15 songs, the album represents a reflective return to its roots, especially its first studio album, released five years ago. In “Ferxxo Vol X: Sacred”, Feid is shown as never before, merging reggaeton, hip hop, rap and introspective melodies to explore the musical evolution that has made it one of the most influential voices of current Latin music.

Instead of following commercial formulas, Feid offers an honest and faithful proposal to its essence, reconnecting with the spaces that promoted their career. Completely written and produced by Feid, “Ferxxo Vol X: Sacred” reflects its creative space: bold, rooted and fluid in terms of genres. It pays tribute to the sounds with which he took his first steps, especially marimba, while moving towards new sound dimensions that fuse the tropical and contemporary urban music. Collaborations with Ty Dolla $ IGN, Wisin and Nidia Góngora, complement their artistic vision in this project in which Feid maintains absolute creative control.

As the main creative force, Feid carries its sound proposal further than ever, paying tribute to the sounds that formed it: R&B melodic, raw rap of the 90s and tropical rhythms marked by powerful bass. All this becomes evident in issues such as “Ando XXIL” and its nostalgic music video, in which the legendary skater and entrepreneur Tony Hawk appears. The album’s caliber rises thanks to collaborators such as Nidia Góngora, icon of Afro -Colombian culture, which lends its powerful voice to the opening theme, “Intro Ferxxo Vol X”, a song impregnated with the tropical atmosphere that defines feid roots. That energy comes alive visually through a vibrant short film animated by the acclaimed illustrator Rhymezlikedimez, whose portfolio includes works with Anderson .Paak, Erykah Badu, Nike, and more.

“I have always been a big fan of hip hop and rap, admiring how they have used them as a generational expression channel. Working with DJ Premier showed me that I can combine these styles to create a unique sound. I have been perfecting that ability for many years and I wanted to share it with the world to show this other facet that I love. It will not be the last time I experience like this, but it is special because it is the first time I present this side of me.
