The Company was announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 with Several Comic Comic Figures Forming the New Company, Including CEO Kris Long (Former Publisher of Heavy Metal Magazine and Ceo of Modern Fanatic), Head of Studio, and Executive Editor Schlagman (Former VP AT DC), Coo Passko (Screenwriter, The Outpost), CFO Charles Christopher Chiang (Former Manager of Finance for DC Comics), Chief Creative Officer Mark McCann (Writer, Editor, and Illustrator), and Chief Advisor Chris Ryall (Former President IDW). Additional Titles, Savager and Black Diamond, Will Be release this Summer – With Actor David Dastmalchian Working with The Company on A Future Project.
