The death thrash group DIETHformed by bassist David EllefsonGrammy-winning vocalist and guitarist Guilherme Miranda (ex-Entombed AD), nominated for a Swedish Grammy, and drummer Michael Lysejko (ex-Decapitated), has released his new single, «Animal Me«. A video can be found below.
DIETH is an international death and thrash metal band founded in Gdańsk, Poland. Created from three of the most powerful forces in their respective genres, the band has pushed beyond the stereotypes of their genres to create a charismatic new sound, one that is rich in inventive guitar riffs, tight drum grooves, prowess technique, guttural vocals and catchy melodies, serving as a passageway for their new statement.
Guilherme Miranda says:

Ellefson states:
“We had a great release of our debut last year and we’ve been working hard on new material these last few months, so it’s great to drop a new track today just before our shows coming up this month across Europe.”

“For me, DIETH He is waking up from a creative lethargy, with the full feeling that the time has come. The lightness with which the music of DIETH flows from us, combining our inspirations and experiences into a whole, is proof of this. The fact that the band formed in the Tri-City where I come from has a symbolic meaning for me.
