Cosculluela Returns with ‘The Prince 2’
Renowned Puerto Rican rapper, Cosculluela, has released his long-awaited production, ‘El Príncipe 2’, marking his triumphant return after seven years since his last album. This new musical masterpiece not only promises to be a unique sonic experience, but also presents itself as a vivid account of life on the streets, a testimony of experiences and emotions that transcend social and geographical barriers.
‘El Príncipe 2’ stands out for its impressive cast of collaborators, including notable figures such as Tego Calderón, Nicky Jam, Ozuna, Chencho, Zion, Amarion, Luar La L, and Elio Mafiaboy. This album promises a musical journey that ranges from hip-hop, rap and malianteo to reggaeton, evoking the nostalgia of past decades and exploring the diversity of the urban genre.
The first edition of ‘El Príncipe’, released in 2009, laid the foundations for Cosculluela’s musical legacy with hits such as ‘Prrrum’, ‘Na, Na, Nau’, ‘Plaka Plaka’ and ‘Dividiendo Bandos’. Now, with ‘The Prince 2’, the artist seeks to further expand his impact, diving into the roots of urban life through 20 songs that capture the unmistakable essence of the master of the genre.
