The bus was taken yesterday afternoon to the Institute of Forensic Sciences, in Río Piedras, where it is analyzed by experts in search of genetic material and other evidence.

On Tuesday, when questioned by investigators, some of the victims’ relatives said that they had not been approached to receive money, but others who have not been interviewed maintain that there were approaches, according to sources.

The young Ischamary Román Medina and Luis de Jesús Rivera were riding the horses and were run over at 3:36 in the morning on Sunday, at kilometer 4.6. The bus driver fled.
