Canserbero Case: Daughter of Guillermo Amestica, assures that said statement is false and is cited by the Public Ministry
The Public Ministry (MP) of Venezuela has taken a surprising turn by summoning Claudia Améstica, daughter of Guillermo Améstica, to give a statement in relation to the case of the death of the renowned rapper Tayrone González, better known as Canserbero. This step comes after Améstica publicly expressed her reservations about the Prosecutor’s investigations, pointing out that the murder accusations against her aunt and her father are unfounded.
The information was disclosed by the Attorney General of Venezuela, Tarek William Saab, who, through his account on the social network X on December 30, revealed that Claudia Améstica faces charges of obstruction of justice and false attestation.
In a video released on December 26, Améstica’s daughter questioned the validity of the accusations related to Canserbero’s death, pointing to inconsistencies in the case. “Do you really believe that people in Venezuela can eat this story?” Améstica expressed, openly challenging the conclusions of the investigation.
“We reject everything that was said today, everything is flawed, you know it. If you want to continue with your show, follow it, but don’t do it at the cost of innocent lives,” she added forcefully.
This Saturday, Saab responded by accusing Claudia Améstica of vilifying the authorities of the Venezuelan State and obstructing an investigation that is “in the process of development.” In addition, she urged her to present evidence that refutes the conclusions of the Public Ministry.
In a controversial twist, the prosecutor asked in a video broadcast on the networks: “Why did her own father and aunt, both murderers of Canserbero and Carlos Molnar, go to court voluntarily to confess, Natalia Améstica on the 26th?” December and Guillermo Améstica, the way in which they killed Carlos Molnar and Canserbero?”
The Canserbero case continues to generate headlines and controversies, leaving public opinion waiting for new developments in this judicial plot.
