The high representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security, Josep Borrellwarned this Saturday in Kyiv that the incorporation of North Korean soldiers into the Russian troops fighting against Ukraine It represents a “globalization of war” that will have consequences both in the region and in the Far East.
