At least 225 Palestinians were killed and nearly 300 injured this weekend alone in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Stripaccording to information received by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
The daily report on humanitarian impact of this war indicates that intense Israeli bombing continues from air, land and sea against much of Gaza.

In the northern section of the enclave, Israeli forces attacked targets in the city of Loopthe field of Jabalia, Tal Az Zatar and Beit Laia and reports indicate that there were a large number of fatalities, mainly in the first point.
Likewise, attacks continued in the governorate of Deir al Balah and in the cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah, south of Loop and where the population is concentrated.
The report also indicates that UNICEFthe agency of United Nations for children, found through a field evaluation carried out at the end of December that 90% of children under two years of age consumed only some type of cereal (including bread) or milk.
In parallel, cases of diarrhea in children under five years of age increased to 3,200 new cases per day, compared to an average of 2,000 cases per month before the war.
“Time is running out. Many children already suffer from severe acute malnutrition in Loop. As the threat of famine intensifies, hundreds of thousands more young children could soon suffer from severe malnutrition, and some of them could die. “We cannot allow that to happen.”he pointed UNICEF.
