The Dominican urban exponent Yailin the most viral and the Puerto Rican Anuel AA are officially divorced. The parties reached an agreement after the court session corresponding to the divorce petition was held this Tuesday, according to De Último Minuto, citing his lawyers.
Last Tuesday morning, the urban exponents attended the Seventh Chamber for Family Affairs of the National District, to conclude the official divorce process. This is detailed in a document released by the aforementioned media.
But who gets custody?
According to information provided by lawyer Jairo Sención, who is in charge of the legal case, he stated that they are still waiting for the ruling that formalizes the divorce of the two stars of the urban genre.
The lawyer stated that Cattleya Guillermo will remain in the full custody of Yailin. Likewise, he said that another trial would have to be called to agree on the issue of pensions by law and visits with her father Anuel AA. So far no trial has been requested to discuss money issues.
