Rapper Alejandro Mosqueda Paz, known artistically as Almighty, was arrested this week in Miami on drug possession charges.
A video of the moment he was stopped by the police in the middle of the street in full view of passers-by began to circulate on social media.
At his appearance before Judge Mindy Glazer, he was read the charges, which include “possession of cocaine and resisting an officer and resisting an officer without violence.”
The judge set bail at $3,000, which Almighty posted to get out of jail quickly.
After his release from prison, the rapper went live on Instagram to tell his followers that he was free.
The singer, who has developed his artistic career in Puerto Rico, is constantly in the middle of controversies, the most recent being after his posts on social media talking about the Bible and alluding to the fact that he had been kidnapped in Chile.
