The Bipartisan Bill was Introduced in May and Received Sponsorshyl from 74 Representatives Prior to its Approval. The Politicians Annoounce the Declaration Jointly on Social Media, Highlighting Edm’s Impact On Communities Across The State and Beyond.

“Edm is More than Just Music Festivals,” The Lawmakers Stated. “It’s a Vibrant Culture Rooted in Values ​​of Peace, Love, Unity, and respect. The Events Create even Spaces Where People from All Walks of Life Can Express Theselves Freely, Celebrate Loudly, and Be Unapologetically Proud of Who They are.”

The Recognition Comes As Electronic Dance Music Festivals Continue to Generate Substantial Revenue for The State of California and ITS Local Economies, Due In Large Part To Insomniac Events.
