Global music icon, J Balvin, was crowned with the prestigious title of “Latin Fashion Icon of the Year” at the inauguration of the Latin American Fashion Awards, a fashion and culture show that paid tribute to Latin American talent in the Republic Dominican.

The event, which celebrates the Colombian artist’s impact on the realms of fashion and music, was a brilliant amalgamation of style and dazzling performances. J Balvin, in a halftime show, delighted the audience with a medley of his most notable hits, including “Colmillo,” “Dientes,” “Mi Gente” and “In Da Ghetto,” delivering an electrifying performance.

Recognized for his influence not only in the musical field but also in the world of fashion, J Balvin emerged as the perfect candidate for this innovative award.
