The Mexican DJ and producer visited her country’s capital last week to present her collaboration on a campaign that highlights her uniqueness as an artist and blends seamlessly with the next chapter in her career. The union between Mariana BO and what is undoubtedly one of the biggest brands in the world marks another step in the increasingly successful career of one of the main representatives of the Latin American continent.

After starting her career, Mariana quickly rose within the scene. A music student and violin player, the artist managed to incorporate the violin into her sessions. Later, through collaborations with industry titans such as KSHMR, Yves V, Angemi and Timmy TrumpetMariana managed to enter the DJ Mag Top 100, where she currently occupies the 43rd place.

Recently, Mariana has ventured into the genre that dominates the moment, hard techno. In addition, the DJ and performer has incorporated live percussion through the finger drumming, giving even more dynamism and energy to their sessions. Last Thursday, we visited the cultural center House of Vans to take part in a press conference during which Mariana BO and Pepsi presented a captivating collaboration consisting of two parts: a can created in collaboration with the Mexican DJ, and a song created by the same, which contains samples that use the can as instruments.

In this new chapter in her career, Mariana has also ventured into a totally new sound and genre for her in the studio. Thanks to an excellent reception from her fans and artists of the stature of Indira Paganotto and Reinier Zonneveldwe can assure that Mariana BO is on her way to becoming a reference in the genre scene that dominates the industry.

Finally, we leave you below the full video of the new Pepsi campaign that includes Mariana BO and seeks to support the emergence of new artists, as well as enhance the reach and impact of musicians who produce, perform and mix music belonging to genres considered alternative and/or underground.
