Karol G sent an emotional message on social media letting her fans know that she is closing one of the most important chapters of her career as an urban singer.
Through her Instagram account, the Colombian singer-songwriter posted a tender video in the company of Iker, the child who has starred in several of her music videos.
They are both sitting on the beach singing and Iker says to her: “Karol, I have to go now.” To which the singer responds with a nostalgic expression: “Please don’t go.”
With this symbolic farewell, the Colombian singer ends her successful ‘Mañana Será Bonito World Tour’, a series of concerts that took her to various countries around the world.
“This album has been more than just songs; it has been a journey of self-improvement, of desire, of motivation, and a band-aid for the soul,” Karol explained in the video.
The artist from Paisa commented that it is difficult to say goodbye to her tour, but things are temporary, so she wants to celebrate the closing of this chapter with all her fans.
“This July 23, our last concert, will be broadcast through my YouTube channel, in real time, so that everyone, anywhere in the world, can celebrate this beautiful thing that we built together,” announced Karol G.
His message ended with a thank you because the tour had meant something transcendental in his life as an artist.
With the child fading away on the beach while Karol watches him with tears in her eyes, this stage in her career comes to an end, because with each song the singer reflected her heartbreaks, but also showed that everything is temporary and the heart can heal.
