Blues Metal Queen ANDRY Releases Debut Solo Album “Skies” – Digital Mediaverse

Former finalist of The Voice from Greece and vocalist of The Harps, ANDRY decided to embark on his solo career by releasing a preview of his debut full-length album «Skies«. The album’s title track, “Skies«, starts off strong, and is followed by songs like «Mistress of the Night” and “black hole«, encompassing a fast-paced hard rock and metal style, with blues textures, enhanced by his powerful voice. «Skies» summarizes the varied style and artistic range of ANDRYand tells the story of his musical career.

«’Skies‘ is about empowerment and rising from the ashes of a nuclear war, with many allegories to female abuse and my personal life. The album’s artwork is inspired by space and what it could be like in the future.

Since you cannot live in the past, it is comforting to dream about the future and the changes it will bring. Emerged on the scene in 2013, ANDRY founded his band The Harpsand took Greece by storm by winning a blind audition in The Voice with his version of «burn” of Deep Purple. Continuing his success, ANDRY released his album “Love Strikes Doves» with The Harps and appeared as a guest vocalist on several albums, including The Vivaldi Project and progressive metal act pyramidwhere he did a duet with Tim Ripper Owens in the hit song «Stigma«.
